Imagining all of the harassment lawsuits where good and bad comments/praise are forever discoverable for EEOC complaints.

Versus the unrecorded team daily meeting.

Now, if i could feed Teams comments and conversations into Azure linguistic services to determine that manager X always had good comments for one gender and negative comments for another gender.

Roll that last point up to a global corporate dashboard to find managers needing reeducation.

Thank you for your continued feedback. The feature team is actively working on this feature as well as doing work to give users the choice to open Word/Excel/PowerPoint files by default in Browser, Office app or inside the Teams app. We will share an update here as soon as one is available.

I know before clicking on one of our computation heavy Excel documents that the web Excel will not work and do not ever want to wast the few seconds of disruption of clicking another button to open in desktop Excel.

Please stop the Apple walled garden approach of everything stays in Teams.

URL must follow the naming scheme of the Teams channel or file also.

It's stupid to see a link from a week back that has no relation to the actual file in Teams. How can I determine where the file is located for the case where the file has been renamed, removed or moved to a different subdirectory.

Consider a link to a FY2021 budget file. I want to get to other files for the budget and do not have any way to determine where the linked file resides.

www.microsoft.com does not have every link as a random string of digits after "www.microsoft.com".

Third rate BS not answer of cycling between backlog, under review and back into backlog.

Just state the obvious "We're not going to change the user interface for large screen users and Teams will have only one user interface regardless of screen size with mobile phone first and everyone else third class citizens."

Hate this Facebook for work ****.

Great performance and user experience remain a topmost priority for us. Application launch time has seen improvements in the recent build. We will continue making improvements across the product including channel to chat switching and overall resource consumption.

I haven't yet, but I will ask our IT head to tally the hours internal staff spends supporting Teams versus Office. I expect Teams to take 2 to 3 times what Office takes.

This will quantify part of the extra expense Teams is having on our stretched IT budget.

It's 6 months since the last update from Microsoft on this excessive wastage of ram by MS Teams.

Wasting electricity using excessive memory and CPU is not eco friendly and bad for the environment.

Don't pretend to be on a path to carbon neutral since Microsoft is shifting the energy wastage from Microsoft to every Teams user worldwide.
