   Sounds like you are looking for the new Tasks app (currently called Planner) which is the Planner app and the To Do app combined in Teams now (or via web at tasks.office.com).
   It will show you all Planner tasks assigned to you across all Team, gives you access to all Planner tasks in all Teams you are a member of and, allows you to maintain personal To Do lists to track your personal tasks.
