    Outlook contact integration and synchronisation is required immediately if MS Voice is to be business application - in fact if it is to be anything more than a chat app.

    Agree entirely. Until Teams syncs seamlessly with Outlook contacts (including "File as") it will never be usable as voice / calling application / soft-phone.

    At the moment it seems to be designed for family chats rather than a serious business tool

    This looks as though the interface was designed by someone on work experience who thinks that Facebook and Instagram are business apps.

    Last name should be the default with options to sort by Company name or "File as" used by Outlook.

    The contacts list is useless as it is - as a minimum it should be possible to sort the list by Surname, Company or File As.

    How can an Office voice system not have an address book linked to Outlook contacts and not have caller ID based on those contacts
