    I like the functionality of Teams. That said, the interface is absolutely terrible. There is no sorting of recent items. There is no "favorites", it's difficult to see members of larger conversations, and the menus are not distinct. The important menu items at the top of the screen (Chat, Files, Meeting Notes, etc.) are not obvious and just words, barely separated by a space. About the only useful thing is the far left menu bar that shows Activity, Chat, Teams, etc. The options have icons and are distinct choices. Make things plain and simple, represented by boxes, icons, separator lines, or whatnot. I know Microsoft is ****-bent to use modern UI style, but you don't have to sacrifice usability. Outlook is a great example of easy-to-access, segmented UI design and still done in the "modern" style.
