Thank you for your reports. We released client and service updates this week, that address many MacOS-specific performance issues. We are also aware of recent performance issues with Microsoft Teams meetings, especially on laptops and when using external monitors.

I have the 2019 16" Macbook Pro on Apple's old thunderbolt display (1080p!), with the thunderbolt 3 to 2 adapter, and Microsoft teams still maxes out my CPUs even with the fans at max and the video crawls into freezing and glitching. Students on the other end are as frustrated as I am.
