We are testing the first release that will have the ability for meeting hosts to create breakout rooms, assign the users to the rooms and call them back to the main room. Hello - I have a question on Microsoft break out rooms
1) Can you have more than 1 organizer/moderator? (Person who can add people to meeting and assign to breakout rooms?
2) I recently was testing and it would not allow me to assign to emails @comcast.net and an @hotmail email to a room. Error message: User can not be added to room - WHY????
3) Can I leave a room open between 9-4pm for users to collaborate? Thanks
