Thank you for the feedback and waiting for this feature with patience. We have enabled download of a meeting attendance list during a meeting. This is released for general availability. Please note this feature is turned off by default, and needs to be enabled via admin policy.
See documentation for this feature here: https://support.office.com/article/download-attendance-reports-in-teams-ae7cf170-530c-47d3-84c1-3aedac74d310
Note: We are continuing to work on enabling download after a meeting has concluded, as well.
Thanks.

Adding any emoji as a reaction remains under review.
I am marking this as partially done to let you know a new reactions bar with Like, Heart, Laugh, Surprised, Sad, and Angry has begun rolling out to all users.

Yes, my coteacher should be able to join by bypassing the lobby. Right now, when I had surgery she had to make her own link for our class, then we had to unpublish my link so that the kids could still meet. Realize that in this remote environment THERE ARE NO SUBS, so having my coteacher easily be able to teach is HUGE! Plus, she is my coteacher, she is also a certified teacher and should have ALL access to OUR class.
