Note: Direct calls to a users voicemail is a separate feature which is planned. We’ll update when we have more details to share on this one.

This has been really frustrating. Our customer wants to return their entire deployment of Teams and 50+ Poly CCX phones due in part to this issue an others

Clients are asking for this feature and won't leave competitors like LogMeIn/GoTo until it is available. Please update!

This is urgently needed both for compliance and convenience purposes. We have clients that won't be able to move to Teams Voice without it.

+1 Really need this enhancement. We have moved several clients to Teams from S4B on-prem recently and was surprised to learn that this isn't something they can do currently. It has left them with a bit of a bad taste for the new Teams deployment and we are hoping MS will come through with the new feature soon!

Really need this enhancement. Our clients expect the same experience they have had with their S4B on-prem deployment and the current functionality has left them with a bad taste for Teams.

Not sure which blows my mind more; That this wasn't a day one feature (expecting that customers would be migrating from a S4B experience) - or that fact that we are still waiting for it after all this time. It's absolutely affecting adoption. Guess we'll just wait for competitors to come in and seal Teams Voice's fate as we've seen before with other innovations.
