This is so important! I will concede that Microsoft seem to be working ******* Microsoft Phone System, and a lot of issues are slowly getting resolved. We currently have Serial Routing using a 365 group configured and working well, however we are wanting to desperately implement the new "Voice enabled channels" feature for call queues, specifically to take advantage of the new Caller ID function that allows agents to "call as" the Call Queue number (which is HUGE!). However when we configure this, we loose the option to use serial routing. Specifically, we can still select the Serial routing option, but loose the ability to order the agents as it is using Team membership. C'mon MS, you're so close!

For those reading this comment in the future, I found reference an interesting line in the documentation for "Manage your support call queue in Teams". They have indicated "Shared agent call queue history will be available in an upcoming release." Would be good if we could get an official update here on the ETA. Please continue to vote for this issue.

I have no idea if this will achieve anything, but I have posted this issue on twitter in an attempt to get it more attention. Maybe if we make our comments more public (instead of being ignored on UserVoice) we may get somewhere. https://twitter.com/aholl29/status/1397753609396228098

Please add this ASAP! This was suggested in 2019! You are so close to fixing major issues with Microsoft Phone System in general, but Call Queues have been the bane of our exitance! Even with the introduction of Call Queues in Teams Channels in March 2021 this issue still exists! In the Call Queue Teams Channel Agents can still only see THEIR call history. It is imperative that all agents see the same call history for the call queue (Incoming/Outgoing/Missed/Voicemail). It makes ZERO sense that the history be segregated to each user. Users are all employed by the same company, invited to the same "Team", and allocated to the same Call Queue. There is no need for privacy between agents in a Call Queue configuration, or to hide data amongst users in a Team/Call Queue.

Thank you for your feedback, the team has this request under review. We will share an update as soon as one is available.

In the meantime, you may want to try using the “Do No Disturb” status if you are in a call or meeting, and do not want to get call notifications (rings and toasts). For more information on the various status settings in Teams and how they effect your notifications, including call notifications, please visit https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/change-your-status-in-teams-ce36ed14-6bc9-4775-a33e-6629ba4ff78e.

This is critical. We have just rolled out Microsoft Phone System and we (IT) are getting absolutely roasted for this. This is really basic phone system stuff Microsoft, and it’s simply unacceptable. This issue clearly needs to be resolved as can be seen by the votes and comments. We demand an update on this issue!

I suggest everyone take 1 minute to share this on Twitter using the button above and tag @microsoft and @microsoftteams to demand an update. Clearly having user submitted feedback buried on this website is pointless, it’s time for us to call them out on a platform where they care about perception and image. Let’s go people!

This is tuning out to be a massive pain point for our Teams roll-out. Some of our users see this as a regression of our phone system's capability and it's not doing Microsoft or our team any favours! This is considered basic functionality for a phone system. Where is the global address book?

    EDIT: Spelling ;)

Please implement this feature, it is a feature we have lost when moving to Microsoft Phone System. Users should be able to specify if they want anonymous (no caller ID) calls presented to them. If the calls cannot be blocked by the user, and option to send all anonymous calls to Voicemail would also be of great value.
