2. URL on the message doesn’t work if the message is sent by the Flow action

   I have a similar issue with the "Post a message (V3)" Flow action when it posts a tweet to our Teams channel. Any URL embedded in the tweet text (or whatever text) should be converted to a clickable hyperlink when posting it to a Teams channel.
