This would be great (to delay delivery, as in MS Outlook). I also was thinking about the possibility of sending a message to delay until someone's status has changed to "Available". Another option (this may be a different vote/forum) an optional notification when you find that someone is unavailable/busy/in a meeting to choose "Notify when available?", click it to yes and you will get a notification when that person is available.
