This is particularly relevant for calls. Unlike Skype for Business, I cannot receive calls from any accounts other than the one currently selected. People then resort to the physical phone instead to tell me there is a Teams call in progress. It makes Teams as a Skype or Zoom replacement less useful.
... and calls. Without this, people resort to the physical phone to advise me that a Teams call is in progress. Many of us have at least two AD accounts and are guests of many client Teams. As a Microsoft partner, it makes it difficult for us to execute our advisory role with clients because they need to ring us to get our attention.
