    As someone said below, Private channels have several limitations that Public channels do not. They should be the same. This, using tags in private channels is another essential feature. I was hoping to use it for better classroom management. Discord has this feature. This should not take long to implement in Teams.

    Very frustrating that this is not possible. And although it initially sorts alphabetically, if you rename any channels, the order does not resort accordingly. This should be a standard feature.
