Thank you for your feedback! We are updating this as “Partialy Done” as our first step to solving for pinned posts has been released! Pinned posts allows users from a team to pin a message for everyone in the channel to be able to easily reference. While any message can be pinnable, we expect our users to use this feature to pin information like channel guidelines or important announcements. We know this doesn’t solve all pinning scenarios, and that there is still a need to make this easier for users to find, especially within the message list. We will share another update as soon as it is available.

So Slack has had Pinned Posts and Pinned Documents forever. Teams now has 'pin' but it doesn't move it to the top? It just makes it green?

Also for each channel where is the icon to VIEW pinned Posts?

Facebook has it, so does Slack.

So as a Slack user now forced into using Teams, it is definitely an inferior layout.

I want to pin my TEAMS Channels chats and my individual Chats on the same bar like I can in Slack. Toggling is a waste of time.

we have this!  ·  Suphatra responded

Teams is already threaded! Just make sure to use the “Reply” button instead of the bottom compose bar when responding to someone’s previous post. That will thread the conversation.

We have Teams for Business and there is no "reply" button.

We were FORCED to switch from Slack to Teams and Teams is sadly lacking. No Threading, no Document upload, cannot drag and drop photos. It is so bad in comparison.
