    This would be very helpful for performance management of employees--employees could enter their yearly objectives as tasks in Planner in their chat with their manager, and update progress on them over time. This will give managers clear insight into how employees are making progress on agreed upon objectives, and also allow managers to assign new tasks to employees as priorities change.
