Yes please. I have rotating call queue staff and can't keep changing up their caller ID everytime they need to do call backs! At least allow people to choose their own caller ID from a list of options made available to them by policy?

We do see these notifications now. I can share details about what we've set up if it's helpful. What I need is to be able to report on who is answering the calls over time. and who is not. It's not like I can watch my screen and take notes all day. Anyone know where to find this info? as @chris mentioned, it's not in the PTSN report. You have to drill down to a particular user's calls, where you can see what they've answered, but to connect that back to a call queue or create a report that does so is a pretty tall effort, although I guess the Call ID may be the key. Any tips or hope for an upcoming feature?

I do not see this information either as a member or a call queue or by looking through reports avaiable in admin center (that would be my preference). Can someone please provide more info on how to find this information if it is present? Anonymous, can you?

Thank you for your feedback, the team has this request under review. We will share an update as soon as one is available.

In the meantime, you may want to try using the “Do No Disturb” status if you are in a call or meeting, and do not want to get call notifications (rings and toasts). For more information on the various status settings in Teams and how they effect your notifications, including call notifications, please visit https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/change-your-status-in-teams-ce36ed14-6bc9-4775-a33e-6629ba4ff78e.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re happy to announce that the Call Merge feature is included in our Dec 2020 Public Preview pack, and will be available to users who opt into Public Preview.

I can add a third party to a call using "show participants" then typing the phone number of the participant. However, this takes the call to the audio conferencing line, and keypad tones do not pass through. I would like to be able to merge two calls without it becoming an audio conference.
