   We are continually working on improving battery life. One thing that may help in the meantime is using Dark theme, which was a top mobile request added to Teams mobile in February.

   This last update 2.0.17 is absolutely horrid. I'm losing 20% battery life per 30 minutes on an audio only Teams call. I have my phone locked so the screen is not on and no video. Every time I pick up my phone, when I'm not using it, it's at least 5 to 10% less on battery and I'm not even using it. Battery usage shows Teams background activity as the top consumer. Please fix this because I pretty much have to keep my phone plugged in all the time ever since I updated to this Teams version yesterday. I switched to "Dark Mode" and it's still draining my battery down.
