    It's ridiculous that this isn't already a feature, this is a need for anyone who wants metrics for calls, at all. You can't even copy pasted the data from the Teams admin site because of the way the website is formatted!

    I agree with Jessica, it's incredibly frustrating that Teams phone system doesn't have any sort of call detail search or reporting. This is unacceptable for an enterprise phone system.

    Agreed, this is a huge problem that needs to be solved. Are there any updates on this? It's been more than a year since the last update.

    I've noticed that consult transfer is meant more as a warm transfer than a conference call. What you want to do instead is "merge call" option https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/merge-calls-in-teams-15fd64cf-1500-4143-b199-1bbda98fd695

    This is crucial. Almost all receptionist use an auto attendant or call queue, and them not having caller ID is a huge problem. I am hearing complaints from a lot of the staff.

    Agreed. This is standard for any telephone system.
