I was told last year that I had to convert from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams. I used Skype for all my phone calls and my daily business. I was able to record calls if needed, which it was very important to do at certain times. I made the change and I can't stand Teams. I have an organization of one person. I don't use Teams other than making and receiving calls. I can't believe that after Teams has been 'live' for over a few years, that we still can't record calls. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
