Happened to me (and the people who I was talking to) multiple times yesterday. Screenshot (plus embedded screenshot) of two users getting their pictures completely mixed up.

Insane that Teams is missing such basic functionality. What a garbage program.

Skype and Lync have had this functionality for years, it's unbelievable that MS is trying to push Teams as a replacement and it is missing this basic functionality. Having to click on peoples names to start a conversation just to find out they aren't around is ridiculous.

Agreed. For me, I have to hit the "..." then Focus, and Show Participants for every meeting I enter. It's ridiculous that this isn't the default view in my opinion, or at least that I can't set it to the default view.

Teams - making it impossible to get any real work done, due to the massive amount of wasted screen space.

This... I was in a meeting and had two screen share buttons within a 1cm of each other. I much have clicked the upper one, which corresponded with the main window/group chat, and I suddenly called 40 people and started sharing my screen with them, putting my meeting on hold.
Then I got 15 messages during my meeting from people asking me what I wanted.

Very poor functionality. I feel like I'm a beta tester.

Thank you for your continued feedback. We are in the process of testing the downloading of the attendance report after the meeting has concluded. For status updates, please view the roadmap item here, https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=Microsoft%20Teams&searchterms=66459.

Download of the meeting attendance list during a meeting is released for general availability. Please note this feature is turned off by default, and needs to be enabled via admin policy. Same issue today, after it worked fine earlier.
Error message is truncated though, so you can't see what went wrong. What a mess...
Can't upload files today. Error message is truncated... amazing.
    "File ______.pdf....
Check if the site is..." (no really, that's the entire message, ellipses and everything.)

Thank you for your continued feedback. The feature team is actively working on this feature as well as doing work to give users the choice to open Word/Excel/PowerPoint files by default in Browser, Office app or inside the Teams app. We will share an update here as soon as one is available.

In the works for two years.... unbelievable. This software is such a half-baked mess, and apparently they're not even working on it.

MS Teams: where GIFs are more important than core functionality.

Agreed. It's extremely annoying to have a different setting each meeting I join depending on what the software feels is appropriate. Give me the option to always mute (or unmute, if I'm controlling my mute via some other means because the teams hardware/software integration is broken.... which it is frequently)
