The ability of an 'on-call tool' to redirect a short code to someone's mobile number would also be useful. That link would need to be changed depending on who is on-call. I.e. I dial 888 from an office phone (or Teams) but get connected to Fred/Freda who is currently on-call. Dial 888 next week and get connected to Charles/Charlotte.
All the components seem to be there and this would be incredibly useful.
Tying the plan into Outlook would allow users to quickly see when they are on-call.
Notifying staff of changes to the plan would also be very useful (e-mail, SMS, via Teams....)

Please add a decent sort capability to the Contacts on MS Teams.

This sort function is so basic and so essential that if Teams was software provided by a 'startup' it absence would result in innumerable negative reviews. For MS not to provide a sort function is inexplicable.

Not being able to tell whether someone has been away for 10 minutes or 10 hours is truly annoying. Is it really too much to ask that when MS unilaterally decide to replace one tool (SfB) with another (Teams) the replacement at least has the same functionality as the defunct tool? MS cannot know which features each and every user finds useful and should not guess which features are used and which can be deleted.
