    Great news! We just started working on this for the AUDIO portion. We are still trying to determine feasibility for the video portion of your request.

    I can't send an audio message or it gives the "Can't record a message while on a call" as well. My employee is on iOS and it won't allow him to send videos in chat, giving a "file upload failed" error. Can we get an update on this bug?

    The fix for notifications not appearing/playing when Teams is minimized is rolling out to the public ring. We expect it to be rolled out 100% by the weekend – I’ll update this item at that point.

    Checking in on July 2nd 2020, Still having this issue. I'm on Teams version 2.0.15, build 1.077.2020062609 calling version 2020.20.01.1 and updated to the latest version of iOS
    Edit: We restarted the phone, and it still didn't work. Started troubleshooting. Everything pointed to going to settings>calls>change 'call forwarding' options so it worked. BUT that option is NOT available anywhere on the mobile app, and getting to it in a browser was confusing as well. Before we tried to hunt down the missing 'call' tab in the settings on the browser, we tried the app again and it worked... Wish I knew what fixed it for all of you.
