    Any ideas on timelines for this, having to do strange workarounds to get this sort of working but it's a bit flaky and seems to only work for some users so we can't push it out to all.

    This still doesn't work, there is hold music when a call is waiting to be answered in the queue but when a call is answered and then put on hold it just plays the generic hold music.

    This is something that we need for a few of our customers as per initial post. We have some customers that wish to dial premium numbers but it's not something they do often enough to go through £30 of credit in a 12 month period, if this could be lowered to £10 this would be suitable for us.
