Currently not supported but as a workaround you can remove the guest and re-invite them as full member.
Thank you for the feedback!

This continues to be on our backlog due to prioritization of other work items. We will update when there is more to share.

You should be able to organize your contacts any way you want! Alphabetization seems like a basic one, but being able to categorize your contacts would be great, too (like you could do with Skype for Business). Skype for Business worked so well for our team - now that we are using Teams, we are all frustrated by the number of features we lost making the switch.

This feature is still under review. The feature team is digging into the details but have not made a decision yet.

Thank you for your feedback, the feature team is currently working on introducing pinning posts and replies in channels. We will share an update as soon as one is available.

This would be helpful so you can explain rules for posting so you don't end up with a lot of posts that should have been chats or emails.

The activity tab is pointless. One more thing to make navigating Teams even more aggravating. At a minimum, we should be able to decide for ourselves if we want that Activity tab and be able to deactivate it (not just "unpin" which is useless).

This is a must-have. The fact that it always defaults to last modified is so frustrating.
You need a librarian on your staff to help you figure out how people like to see their information organized.
