    TEAMS, the issue happens when you are testing the setup of chat and other features. You input a wrong email address, it connects you up in Chat and now you can't remove them, even though you added them in error. This has to be fixed cause I noticed that when policies are updating I started a chat with one address org1 and searched for the user in other organization org2. So, I could start a chat from org2 to org1 but now in my Chat in org 1 I get two separate chats, now its confusing which one to response. Great you can HIDE but it pops back of hiding, and now have to deal with two chat of same account. This is rediculous, this should be addressed sooner than later, cause it'll over time load up your systems with futile logs and corruptions. If I have the ability to delete a chat, it'll be less data for you guys to keep tack of, think about it!
