Many of our users did not realize that when clicking the Request to Join button it actually calls the user in Teams, however there is no way to end the call until it times out. This is very disruptive to both the rest of the meeting attendees and to the user being called, if they are busy or in another meeting. Please change the behavior of this button to present a notification to the user being requested to join the meeting!

This is a must-have for enterprise orgs. We need to be able to configure general settings and notification settings globally. Either by GPO or in the Teams admin center.

Thank you for your feedback! The team has reviewed this request and has added it to our backlog for both Private to Standard (Public) and Standard (Public) to Private channel conversion. We will share an update as soon as it’s available.

I do not understand why MS would not have the foresight to create GPO settings, or more granular Teams Admin center settings for things like notifications, auto-start, etc. for Teams rollout. Adoption has been slower than we'd like because we are not able to configure basic default settings during the rollout. Instead we have resorted to sending out numerous emails to our users explaining how they need to configure their Teams client. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

This is a must have for admins of Teams in a large organization. Users either don't know how, or forget, to configure their own notification settings and are complaining that they are missing messages. Please add the ability to manage notifications either in the Admin Center or by GPO!
