    Workaround:
    put the following code in a powershell script and run it. (Save it as ***.ps1 file, then rightklick "run with powershell")
    This will prevent the status from changing. But note, as it is simulating typing a dot key, be sure the cursor is not in the middle of you source code :-)
    This works, but it's sad we have to do it this way...
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    param($minutes = 240)

    $myshell = New-Object -com "Wscript.Shell"

    for ($i = 0; $i -lt $minutes; $i++) {
    Start-Sleep -Seconds 60
    $myshell.sendkeys(".")
    }

    But it's very usefull to check if your team is really working or just spacing out. ;-) But seriously, I'm not sure if this is ok with our german data protection regulations.

    This is very exciting, indeed. The status of the team members are constantly changing without reason. Obviously because of the usage of other programs, or it sets the status to away, when the user doesn't move the mouse for some minutes! If this will give a notification each time, this will be fun! Maybe it's better to fix this first.
