I believe a way to improve the Teams client's utilization as an all in one messaging platform is to color code between profiles. Within Outlook calendar we are able to have different colors to denote what category an event is in. If we are able to do the same while using Teams maybe it will be a way to triage the importance of messages between Work and Personal or even different color themes for different teams within the apps profiles. One of the best things about the LED light of Blackberry was the ability to categorize the message by the instance of the flashing light. Even having the ability to change the color of the notification via platform could go a long way in prioritizing the messages received. It opens the app up to being able to run both profiles concurrently.
