i hate the ms teams floating notification on top of any other app on my phone. it interrups what i'm about to do on mobile phone. your notification should not interrups what the user is doing in their mobile phone, it can slightly shown (taking a very small proportion of the screen) then it should be quickly out of the screen.

can't you use the default notification setting of each mobile phone? or at least give/inform us the option of how to remove the floating notification?
