Add ability to invite people to scheduled meetings
I would like to be able to schedule group meetings on the calendar just like Teams for business so that we can use Teams for your personal life for online group meetings instead of Zoom, Skype or other voice/video/chat apps. Would also like to have a feature like Teams for business Meet Now that can start a meeting right away.
Thank you for your feedback! This request is currently on the feature team’s backlog. We will share an update as soon as one is available.
Do we have any update on this @Alex?
Whats the status on this topic. It is so essential.

Picking this back up - Teams needs to be integrated into the personal outlook.com offering and users be given a choice of integrating Skype or Teams as the preferred online meeting platform. Otherwise the integration stinks.
This is the main reason to use Teams, the meetings, to not be able to schedule a meeting with others is incomprehensible (it shouldn’t be on the backlog but already in production from the beginning as others stated)
Teams for family should have had this from the beginning, or should have a possibility - for now - to setup a Skype meeting instead. "It boggles the mind that group meetings wasn't added": to me too...
Am scheduled for a meeting but i have only a chat feature. How do i go about adding meeting feature?

It boggles the mind that group meetings wasn't added. That's one of the huge draws of using teams.
