  1. Give control to All during Shared Presentation

    During my pdf or web shared link presentation...I want to enable All my students to be able to share control during presentation. Now we have to enable only one person at a time.

    If it’s possible to have a feature to Enable All, so simultaneously students can work collaboratively to solve an online exercise.

  3. Enable share system audio for Team Live Event on GCC, so that we can share a video with audio.

    The commercial cloud has this enabled already. You're able to share a video as content during a live event and include the system audio. However, GCC doesn't have this feature. Please enable this for GCC!!

    I would like to be able to see all meeting participants on my screen, rather than just the 3 who have most recently spoken.

  7. Live Event Support and Training Videos

    The support and training that I have been able to find for Live Event is sparse. Please create an in-depth Live Event best practices, what to expect as the various roles of organizer, presenter, or attendee. Guidance on switching from presenter to presenter. How to conduct a public meeting using other equipment such as cameras and outside audio.

  9. Behind scenes chat meeting with anonymous attendee

    For training services about government tech implementation. We wish to have behind scenes chat with anonymous attendees in a meeting in order moderator could support any of them when stays behind, like software use training, without interrumpting presentation by organizer. With raise hand feature available this could be helpful.

  10. Sequential order of "Raising of the hand" to follow non presenters in meetings

    We currently represent a Government IT department (Provincial Parliament in South Africa). We are using Teams predominantly in our remote work scenario since Covid 19 took stage. We have had great success with introducing Teams as a vehicle to facilitate our Parliamentary Sittings and meetings for Members of Parliament and staff. It works very well but for a few feature issues:
    Raise your hand feature:

    • Very good feature which predictably organizes the sequence of input from meetings.
    • Issue raised: For Attendees joining the meeting, there is no sequence of “raising the hand” to let the Chairperson know the…

  11. Make the ‘join meeting’ button stand out more.

    Make button a contrasting colour. It looks like a heading not a call to action so tends to get lost in the meeting invite text.

  13. Thumbs down emoji

    Hi. We are using Teams for our leadership team meetings. We often have to take a vote. We found the thumbs up emoji for a YES vote but there doesn't seem to be a thumbs down emoji for a NO vote. It would be great to add that.

  14. Manual control of the always on top Control Bar

    The tool bar is huge and distracting, and the inability of a user to minimize or move it is ridiculous. Waiting for it to disappear in response to mouse movement is a wholly inadequate feature.

  15. enable integration between paralel meetings or live events

    it will be appreciated to have multiple running meetings integrated for one single group of users such is the case for breakout rooms that are organized in a real conference. this could serve the purpose of running a virtual conference with benefits to participant to move from a room to another without having to exit the conference. it's helpful if Teams can have a master meeting (to replicate the plenary session in a conference) that could breakdown to sub-meetings where participants are eligible to join with a key or freely.

  16. Add a Guest role which allows only viewing, listening and being involved in the chat.

    There's a need for an additional role, one which allows participant to view and listen to the presentation but not to speak, to just respond or provide input in the chat.

  18. GCC: Configure Meeting options when scheduling meeting

    Currently, you have to schedule a meeting and send out the invitations before you can configure the meeting options for Teams functions like "who can present". Beyond extra time required for meeting organizers to go back into meeting they just scheduled to configure it, this design prevents meetings created on a shared calendar from being edited at all, effectively blocking anyone from presenting.

    Please enable the meeting options to be configured when you are adding attendees.

  20. Participants pinned by the organizer should appear on everyone's main screen simultaneously

    The participants pinned by the meeting organizer should also be reflected in all other participants' screen. So that during a formal meeting, the important members could be seen in everyone's main screen simultaneously.
