  1. multiple identities access

in my organization we use different identities in our communications and daily work. In a daily bases we need to connect to different MS teams instances using different identities.

It would great if, as in OneDrive or Outlook, MS teams Allow to have different users setup. this will make the switch between organizations simple.

  2. Fix federation! Closed federation should mean CLOSED.

GCC tenant has closed federation configured. All domains blocked except explicitly allowed domains. Users are unable to search for or communicate with external organizations as expected, HOWEVER, they are able to join conferences and share media with external organizations. Example: external organization creates a Teams call. GCC user is not invited. GCC user is accidentally forwarded the join URL, GCC user can actually join and participate in the externally hosted call, even though they are not federated. It's as if the federation list is only applicable to P2P calls, and not for MCU calls. Please fix this! This is a…

  4. Make it easy to add people to you Teams Contacts. Better yet, let users import contacts from outlook.

Make it easy to add people to you Teams Contacts. Better yet, let users import contacts from outlook.

As it stands, there is virtually no way to accomplish this and the global lookup is limited to 25 people.

  8. The user should be able to delete users in messages and call history. I only use it for meetings and nothing else!

  9. Create a "People" tab in the far left column, so that I can view all (or some) members

Create a "People" tab in the far left column, so that I can view all (or some) members. The "People" button could be placed right under "Teams" and would display a page of all members listed with their profile pictures (enlarged thumbnails) and names. This option could also allow filtering to view certain groups of people (e.g., depending on the Team they belong to, I might only want to view all the members and their pictures from Team Alpha). This would enable users to better acquaint themselves with members in the organization within a virtual environment.

  10. Allow Teams To Be More Military/Rank-Oriented With Military Rankings In Naming Conventions

Microsoft Teams seems to use a

    <First Name> <Last Name>

system, especially in the mobile versions. For military/government organizations, it is more rank oriented and people's names are structured:

    <Rank> <Last Name>

In the mobile versions, when speaking, your name shows up as:

    PFC X.
    Sgt Y.
    Capt Z.

And it's hard to differentiate exactly who is doing what activity or who is speaking because of naming conflicts. For example, there are 5 people who have the rank of "Sgt" with a last name beginning with "K" and they all show up as "Sgt K.".

    Can we have some sort…
