I’d like to see an option to assign multiple people to the organizer role in Teams. This will provide for greater flexibility in rescheduling or modifying meetings if the primary organizer is unavailable or unable to do so without the need to delegate your account fully to others. This is sometimes not feasible or desirable.
Changing a meeting time can be done by the organizer, so this is important for assistants to be organizers as well.
As a Commander for a streamline CMO this feature is critical if my front office admin assistant is unavailable and the Deputy or I need to make adjustments. Highly recommend this feature for leadership management of events.
This would be useful in the event the organizer is unavailable but the meeting needs to be moved/changed as well.
In organizations with high turnover/transfer rates (such as the military and DoD), the abilities to assign multiple organizers and transfer the organizer role from the originator just makes sense. This capability would streamline many day-to-day business processes.
