Live Annotation Tools
Having live annotation tools for Teams Meetings/Workshops where the attendees can give live input on the screen, similar to whiteboard capabilities. This would be helpful for keeping meetings and workshops interactive and brainstorming ideas.
Yes the whiteboard collaboration with guest users is essential

This would be great especially during live training sessions. It would be great if Teams could add a pointer annotation tool similar to the one WebEx Classroom, where participants can click on screen and their name appears in the pointer. Being able to add text annotation beside their point would be a good tool in the training atmosphere to keep things interactive.
I just had a Zoom meeting where the vendor did this to show us what to do. This would be a huge benefit for my Helpdesk to utilize Teams to help users with basic issues.
We've tried using OneNote as a whiteboard alternative, but it's awkward to switch between the meeting and the OneNote tab (and more awkward to share the screen and then also have others interact in the OneNote). Also, there is a long delay between drawing something and having it appear on others' screens -- we measured about 8 seconds minimum delay generally. This can be very frustrating.

This feature is really important for IT meetings, Virtual Instructer lead trainings and for School/college teachers. However, there are number of ideas posted around this topic, Not sure how does MS collate or Merge them.
Please enable Whiteboard for Teams in GCC! Very useful tool
