Team planner expansion
You need to expand upon the planner and it’s capabilities as a self planner as well as tasking groups of people or individuals to a task and tracking their progress both as an individual as well as a group
I would like there to be a feature that says who the assigner of a task was. I can assign several people to a task but they should know who assigned it to them. It should be listed in each tile/task who the assigner was.
I would like a batch tasking wizard to be built into planners. I have one tasks that I want created for 50 different people on separate tiles/tasks. I don't want to clone the tile and hand jam in every name on every tile. Can there be a batch tasking wizard that allows a user to select a group or names from a group and assign them the same task but on separate tiles so I can track individual progress? Thanks for your consideration.
Please add a sub-task feature. Some tasks are accomplished though the completion of several smaller tasks that are assigned to multiple people. Sub-task feature is a must.

I agree. Planner is not being utilized by me or our teams because it is lacking all but the simplest of features.

I feel like this would be a good component for a Azure Devops Tooling as it covers a lot of the Team/Individual Taskers which can also be incorporated into a Teams Tab.
My battalion has five companies, each company has 30-60 Soldiers assigned.
I would like to create a task that every assigned Soldier is required to complete. As they complete the task they would update their status and that, in turn, updates the progress of the company and the battalion.
I would also like to add and remove Soldiers as they move in and out of companies and the battalion.
If this is possible, it would allow real-time progress reporting and benefit overall command and control.
