Allow administrators to block "call me" options in Teams meetings while allowing organizers to call attendees.
The 'call me' option for attendees in teams is costing a fortune in PTSN calls. Administrators need the ability to turn this option off, while still allowing meeting organizers to add dial out to phone users/numbers.

Apparently this has been implemented (by ~25 May 2020). Much to much detriment. the Navy's computer provider chose to not include microphones on the provided computers, and now most participants can not speak during meetings.
Oh and you are not permitted to plug devices into those computers that have any active electronics, unless it comes from the contract, so many inexpensive and available microphone/headsets you can get today will not be permitted for use.

This option is useless unless Microsoft has this setting remove the "Call Me" option from end-users Skype and Teams prompt when they join the meeting. End users still attempt to use the Call Me feature and get a different error message than before. Instead of "Not working...contact your admin." It states "The call was not completed and has ended."
How is this a feature? It is merely changing the error message, but still confuses end-users and causes calls to our support desk. If Microsoft deprecates what used to be a Free Feature, Microsoft should support a clean way to remove the option when they suddenly want take away that option.
