Add a hand-raising function for Teams meetings
Add a hand-raising function to Teams meetings so a moderator or meeting leader can designate who is next to speak. In large meetings, having multiple people trying to speak over each other is disruptive. Chat is fine for short questions and comments, but not the best way to allow people to discuss more involved topics.
This fuction is available to me, but when i'm sharing my screen, I can't see when a participant raise the hand.

According to MS guidance pages, this feature exists. But most of us don't have it. Some do, in some meetings, but none of the other participants do. Is the issue with how it is being rolled out to some users and not others? Is there a way we can be told it is coming?
I agree with Patrick, I've used the raise hand functionality just this week, however, I will say that its visibility when someone "raises their hand" needs to be increased. It's one of those things that needs to be a lot more obvious.

This is currently rolling out for all clients, and mobile roll-out will be following shortly. We have the raise hand functionality and can confirm it exists.
This feature is in testing. Follow this item in main UV forum: https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/35262385-add-a-raise-your-hand-feature-in-meetings
Would love this. Zoom has this function and it’s great.

agree. I wait for a long long pause to begin speaking....that long pause usually never comes!
