How can we make Microsoft Teams for Government Better?

Rename option for all associated parts of a Team.

Need for an Admin to be able to rename Team name, OneNote, Planner, O365 Group, OneDrive, E-Mail.. etc . Basically one option for all associated parts of an O365 / Team.
I opened a case with Microsoft Support and the answer was this is not an option and not recommended.
