Private channels for government gcc Teams
Allow the same functionality present in Teams for non-gcc tenants. Private channels within Teams for GCC.
Private channels are available in GCC.

I see a few comments stating Private channels are now available in GCC CVR Teams. Pointless without the ability to use the calendar to schedule a meeting in the private channel with accompanying audio teleconference dial-in if you have that license and the ability to set meeting options. All features available for meetings in public channels need to be available for private channels.

Private Channels became available in the USFS Teams yesterday!
When is it happening? Ball Park how long does development take for this feature? 1 month, 3 months a year?

Microsoft Teams - Private Channels in Office 365 government tenants
Limit which team members can see the conversation and content within a particular channel. You can right-size channel participation and exposure without having to create discrete teams to limit visibility.

"We’ll be gradually this rolling out to GCC customers in mid-February 2020.
We expect to complete the GCC rollout in mid-March.
We’ll initiate the rollout to GCC High and DoD after completing GCC. That rollout should be complete in May 2020."
