Ability to print all or some parts of the Org Chart from within Teams
Requirements:
Need to be able to print all or some parts of an organizations org chart
Able to specific number of levels per page; or default to max of 4 levels
Able to add/remove what information is displayed; name/title/position number/phone number/etc.
Print on-demand; I imagine it will not be printed frequently, but I am not sure.
Ability to create what-if scenario of the organization; what if we moved this person here or what if we moved all operation people to another leader (probably outside scope of this request87 votes -
Add Breakout room capabilities like in Adobe Connect.
In Adobe Connect you can have breakout rooms for people to attend. this would be a great feature to add to teams and teams live.
67 votesWe are excited to announce that Breakout Rooms are now generally available for all customers. For more information, please check out our new blog post available here: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams-blog/breakout-rooms-is-now-generally-available-in-microsoft-teams/ba-p/1968481
Great news is that this is coming to GCC in the next few days, with other gov clouds to follow.

New customizable indicator like the the small circle that identifies your current status
With distributed working becoming the norm and the workforce using different modes and tools to communicate, it would be great for coworkers to know how individuals can communicate. This could be done by adding another indicator like the exiting status indicator (but maybe a square). The organization would develop the 'legend' for the different colours. E.g., I am someone in the OPS that is ready and able to have a fully enabled Teams meeting = purple, I use Teams, but I'm new at it = light purple, I am currently only landline telephone enabled = blue, etc. etc. Potentially this…

You have to add an option for printing charts, schedules & tasks friendly printing. we can not report our plans to the CEOs.

Enable Better Eye Contact, Move Video Ribbon to Top During Screen Sharing
When someone is screen sharing, videos of participants are move to a ribbon at the bottom of the screen. Most (though not all) webcams are positioned at the top of the screen.
Moving the ribbon to top of the screen would allow for the appearance of better eye contact. At least when people are not looking at the shared content.

Allow GUI export of Team membership, including guests, in GCC
Currently, there is no way to export the list of a Team's Owners, Members and Guests. This is very important for large Teams where membership must be audited regularly.

Include Organizer, Presenter, and Producers in the attendee list
Please include organizer, presenter, and producers in the attendees list. This will not only improve the reports to be complete and accurate, but also simplifies the process for users. The current attendee list is short sighted and does not meet business needs. Please include all who attended the meeting.

Multiple sign in options. I do not have access to my cell phone at work and I switch desks frequently. signing in is difficult due to the two factors authentication. I cannot sign in because I am never by the phone.

CVR Teams does not work thru DoD firewalls well
Teams features such as Voice and video Do not work acceptably between folks on DoD networks such as AFNET and folks on commercial connections. We need Teams to not require network re-engineering to make it work

End use of third party cookies by Teams
Teams in web browser needs third party cookies to work right, but that is a massive security hole that DoD will not allow. You can kind of work around it by Allowing sites, but this doesn’t work for many teams features (files, etc)

Easily toggle between shared images
When viewing shared media (such as images or videos) within chats, there needs to be a way to switch back and forth between items with arrow buttons and/or the arrow keys. This is useful for comparing a series of shared images, for example.

Let me submit feedback from within the app instead of stupidly having to use a browser and enter my email.
Read the f*cking title.

Pin an App for Easy Access - GCC
Being in the GCC for several years now, I understand that there are delays for features and apps coming to the Government Community Cloud. One feature that has been available for more than 6 Months on the Commercial Side is the ability to for users to Pin Apps (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/pin-an-app-for-easy-access-3045fd44-6604-4ba7-8ecc-1c0d525e89ec). It would nice to be able to have that feature in the GCC. I have the option turned on within the Teams Admin options, yet am still unable to pin any Apps (besides the ones I want to do Org-Wide).

It would be great to have another choice for verification other than cell phone for those of us that work in vaulted areas in buildings with thick walls. By the time I pull my CAC card, exit the vault, get my phone from locked storage, walk around 100 meters to where I can start to get reception, By the time I can get back to the desk with a code, 95% of the time it has timed out. It would be great to have an email as a back up to the cellphone text.
