If you could toggle off the video screen showing while still keeping the video feed for others it would mean one more team member was visible to you. Many people find their own video disconcerting and distracting. If they could toggle it on and off it would actually enable more natural behaviour. An icon would be required to let them know they were still steaming with it toggled off.

When there are multiple unread messages and you open Teams it goes to the most recent unread message, and then you have to scroll up to find the oldest unread message and start from there. That’s pretty dumb. Everyone is going to want to start with the first/oldest unread message. The app should open to that.

Please enable the 1st party apps for Microsoft PowerApps, PowerAutomate (Flow), and Forms for GCC/Gov customers. GCC versions of these services exist but the Teams integrated apps are missing for GCC.

Allow GCC customers the ability to upload custom apps/bots to Teams and enable the 'Manage Apps' section for GCC customers under 'Teams Apps' in the admin portal. Third party apps are now available (apparently), but custom apps aren't, doesn't make sense....

I'd like to be able to open multiple instances of Teams so that I can have each instance open on a different Team and perhaps another instance open to the Chat. Not being able to do this makes it hard to keep track of where I am when I'm switching tasks.

Please give meeting organizers the option to freeze meeting chats after the meeting is concluded. Owners can post a redirect back to an actual channel. Allowing meeting chats to linger on causes confusion and cannibalizes attention on channels.

Especially within a chat group, there needs to be a way to comment on or reply to a particular message within the chat history. This is useful when there are a number of simultaneous conversation threads (similar to how messaging is implemented in a channel), and is a common feature on other communication platforms.

When viewing shared media (such as images or videos) within chats, there needs to be a way to switch back and forth between items with arrow buttons and/or the arrow keys. This is useful for comparing a series of shared images, for example.

It is really annoying, because everytime you want to view the assignment, first you have to choose the channel. It would be much better if it was as before. Just view the newest assignments, so the people don't have to click on each channel to find it out.

When adding a SharePoint tab in a channel on teams, you can select a list. Great, except for the fact it doesn't use any of the views we have created, it just defaults to a standard view with only a portion of the applicable data fields. It would be great if Teams could use the default view set up for SharePoint lists.
