  1. Allow for presenter to see chat and hand raised

    In Teams meetings, the presenter cannot monitor the chat box or the hands raised, which makes presenting really clunky. Inevitably someone needs to monitor the chat box and interrupt the presenter rather than allowing the presenter to handle it when they want.

  2. GCC

    Change the notification text that posts when a meeting attendee leaves an active meeting. Currently the following posts in chat viewable by all participants: "(Host name) has removed guest from meeting" leaving the impression that the host is actively kicking people out of the meeting. Recommend stating "(guest name) has left the meeting" or similar. The current notification is very problematic and disruptive in a high-tension meeting where the possibility does exist that the host may need to remove an uninvited guest from the meeting. If this is actually the case, the action should not viewable by all.

  3. GCC

    Have an ability to change the name of PSTN callers so that large meetings are easier to moderate by easily identifying call in users to unmute, make presenter, etc.

  4. Include feature to display a timer in a Teams meeting for facilitators and presenters

    A timer feature available in Teams meetings to display for all meeting participants would be especially helpful for facilitating large meetings with an agenda of assorted topics and presenters to keep the agenda on track. Suggest the timer is fairly inconspicuous so as not to distract or add pressure to the presenters, but visible if you are looking for it.

  5. Easy add Background Image

    When adding a new image using Add Image why do we need to go and select it again?! We only add it to select it so it after adding it then it should automatically show the preview

  8. Video Editing and Effects

    Hi,

    Please bring basic video editing to Microsoft Teams or using another Microsoft Video editor which can connect to Teams in Realtime

    By video editing I mean the following as an example:


    1. Set a caption for every vide screen, such as the name of the guest with adding background color to the caption bar in addition to logo and animated video as well as show and unshow effect


    2. Set a a logo or water watermark for every video screen, for example, if Apple and Microsoft is meeting then Apple logo to be shown on the guest from Apple and Microsoft…

  9. Please add ability to promote attendee to presenter live in a MS Live Event for GCC

    Please add ability to promote attendee to presenter live in a MS Live Event for GCC. Having a live attendee list visible to presenters and producers would also be helpful. Downloading a spreadsheet during an event is not ideal.

  10. DoD

    Allow auto mute of hot mic after a user set delay. For example, during a meeting, a user speaks to present or comment, and once they are done, the delay begins. After the delay, the mic would mute by default to keep ambient noise and background conversation from interrupting the discussion.

  11. Add the three dots indicating someone is typing in the Team Meeting chats (similar to Facebook and phone texting)

    When hosting virtual meetings, it is impossible to know when to move on from a conversation topic because you do not know if someone is typing or if everyone is done adding to the conversation. It would be nice to see a status of when someone is typing in the text box while in a Microsoft Meeting.
    The three dots already show up in Team chats but for some reason do not show up in a conversation during a Teams meeting.

  12. GCC - Can't see PowerPoint presentations in Teams mobile app

    Using the present PowerPoint option instead of sharing the entire screen is helpful. And private viewing mode is great. But, in enabling these functions, you excluded mobile devices from seeing the content. Please add support for the Teams mobile app to view shared PowerPoint presentations in meetings.

  13. GCC: Configure Meeting options when scheduling meeting

    Currently, you have to schedule a meeting and send out the invitations before you can configure the meeting options for Teams functions like "who can present". Beyond extra time required for meeting organizers to go back into meeting they just scheduled to configure it, this design prevents meetings created on a shared calendar from being edited at all, effectively blocking anyone from presenting.

    Please enable the meeting options to be configured when you are adding attendees.

  14. Conduct live meeting from browser

    Currently you have to use Teams Desktop app to Produce / Present in live meeting. This capability should be available in web browser.

  17. Please add functionality to Team application

    I work in state government and we use Teams. I have also used a different meeting application in my non-profit role. There are some features I really miss when I'm in Teams. Please add: whiteboard functionality and breakout room capability. You recently added the ability to see 9 videos at once, but you can't scroll through screens to show more individuals who have video on. I would love the ability to see all video participants.

  18. Mute a participant only for me

    If several participants from an office take part in the same conference on their own laptops, problems always arise, as there is always very annoying feedback and echoes. Is it not possible to set the program so that I can mute a participant just for me? If you mute this participant, he is also muted for all other participants. Then a conference in the same room with several team members would be possible. This means that one person always has to sit alone in the office.

  19. Entering and exiting Meetings notifications option

    permission for a meeting organizer to enable / disable a notification for entering and exiting users from a meeting.
    It will help the attendees to know who entered and who left the meeting.

  20. We use Teams in the GCC. We NEED to be able to easily capture the attendee list (for example, during a training session).

    This is becoming a huge issue in my Fed. office.
