  2. Allow Teams Meetings and Add Member to copy/paste multiple names

    When adding users to a teams channel meeting, it would be beneficial to have capability to paste names in the "Required attendee" to field. The same would be true when adding users to a team. To have the capability to add multiple users in the same request entry would save time and make more user friendly for team owners.

  3. Increase the number of videos during Team meetings from 4 to around 25.

    Currently only 4 cameras are shown during a Teams meeting. We need to have up to 25 people showing instead of them rotating as they speak.
    Also we need to be able to mark at least 4 people as always showing if the number of attendees goes over the max limit, such as the suggested 25 viewers.

  4. View or export a list of users who attended a meeting

    Currently, there is no method of viewing a list of meeting attendees after a meeting has ended.

    Meeting organizers should be able to view or export a list of attendees, including enter and exit times, duration, etc.

    You are working on testing this for the public, it is also needed on the government accounts.

  5. choose breakout

    Create a breakout room option where attendees can choose which breakout room to go to, and a setting to allow participants to move in between breakout rooms.

  6. Provide a "go to next meeting" button

    With Outlook calendar integration, allow users to switch from one meeting to the next one scheduled (back-to-back) immediately instead of having to leave, open the invite to the next meeting, click on the link, etc. Would be a major time saver.

  7. Enable PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and Forms Apps in Teams for GCC/Gov Customers

    Please enable the 1st party apps for Microsoft PowerApps, PowerAutomate (Flow), and Forms for GCC/Gov customers. GCC versions of these services exist but the Teams integrated apps are missing for GCC.

  8. Improve Breakout Room Funtionality

    I work for a state agency and we utilize Teams to do training. When training, we have multiple trainers that train most sessions. It would be highly beneficial if any meeting member listed as a presenter could both create/send attendees into breakout rooms as well as having the capability of moving in and out of breakout rooms freely. The way it is currently set up, only the the Organizer has these abilities which only allows one trainer to monitor breakout rooms and assist participants.

  10. Add functionality to move the "Presenting..." toolbar

    When sharing your screen in a Microsoft Teams video conference, the "Presenting..." bar is in the way of accessing items that require hovering over them to display.

    Can you please make it possible to move the “Presenting…” toolbar?

    For example, if you are sharing your screen to show a remote desktop session and the remote desktop bar is not pinned, it will be very difficult to access that bar because the presenting bar will appear before the remote desktop bar and remain in foreground much longer than the remote desktop bar.

  11. allow multiple instances of Teams to be open

    I'd like to be able to open multiple instances of Teams so that I can have each instance open on a different Team and perhaps another instance open to the Chat. Not being able to do this makes it hard to keep track of where I am when I'm switching tasks.

  13. Need reply to message option in chat

    Especially within a chat group, there needs to be a way to comment on or reply to a particular message within the chat history. This is useful when there are a number of simultaneous conversation threads (similar to how messaging is implemented in a channel), and is a common feature on other communication platforms.

  14. Organizer

    I’d like to see an option to assign multiple people to the organizer role in Teams. This will provide for greater flexibility in rescheduling or modifying meetings if the primary organizer is unavailable or unable to do so without the need to delegate your account fully to others. This is sometimes not feasible or desirable.

  16. Notify assignee of new tasks in Planner in Teams for GCC

    I am astounded that Planner in Teams does not send any notification to the person assigned that they have a new task. Confoundingly, if anyone comments on any task, EVERYONE in the Team gets an email. Please fix this fundamental flaw that prevents Planner from functioning correctly in Teams for GCC.

  17. pin multiple participants

    Teams iPad/iOS/GCC feature: Need the ability to pin multiple participants on the screen vs. just 1 currently. Also be able to show more than the 3+1 participants on the iPad. Ideally at least up to 9 participants.

  18. Co-Organizers for Teams Meetings and Breakout Rooms

    Allow for Co-Organizers for Teams Meetings and Breakout Rooms. This would allow multiple people to manage Breakout Rooms and meetings. Also if the primary organizer is out the co-organizer can still make modifications to the meetings.

  19. Delete chat conversation

    I don't want to keep meeting conversation times and history in chats tab. Please create Delete option. This shouldn't be saved at all. keeping conversation history includes highly confidential as well. I see no way it is secured one.

  20. Enable up to 500 attendees in Teams meetings

    Skype rolled out testing on meeting attendees last year to increase from 250 to 500 attendees. The same needs to occur in Teams meetings. The difference between 250 attendees for Teams meetings and 10,000 Live Event attendees is too great.
