Provide one-click Status change
Suggest you provide capability for a one-click status change.
Ideally, there would be the four status buttons on the left side menu, PLUS a new button for Be Right Back (BRB), so you could make a quick status change without having to click on your profile picture and then select a status.
Then I could hit the BRB button quickly, as I dash out the door for a quick break! See attached sample for how this could look.

Improve the Picture Update / Sync in Teams (GCC)
There is a real issue with slowness and inconsistency to get picture changes to show up for people on Teams. Often if someone updates their picture it will show up in other places in O365 (SharePoint, etc) but Teams will either take forever to update or it just never will. That happens all over our tenant and updates to profile pictures are VERY inconsistent in Teams. Please fix that functionality in Teams.

Make it easy to add people to you Teams Contacts. Better yet, let users import contacts from outlook.
Make it easy to add people to you Teams Contacts. Better yet, let users import contacts from outlook.
As it stands, there is virtually no way to accomplish this and the global lookup is limited to 25 people.

See list of members following a channel
A Team can encompass a fairly large organization or project. The channels can be used to create communities of interest (COI) around a subject. It would be great to be able to see who is following the channel and what their online status is. This way we can see who will be seeing our post right away and if members that would benefit from following the channel should be invited in.

Create a "People" tab in the far left column, so that I can view all (or some) members
Create a "People" tab in the far left column, so that I can view all (or some) members. The "People" button could be placed right under "Teams" and would display a page of all members listed with their profile pictures (enlarged thumbnails) and names. This option could also allow filtering to view certain groups of people (e.g., depending on the Team they belong to, I might only want to view all the members and their pictures from Team Alpha). This would enable users to better acquaint themselves with members in the organization within a virtual environment.

The user should be able to delete users in messages and call history. I only use it for meetings and nothing else!

Allow owners to change descriptive title of guests
I'm a project manager of host nation projects in Japan. I added some Architect-Engineer contractors as guests. MSTeams automatically used the names in the guest's email and difficult to identify who they are. Please allow owners to change their descriptive titles so it is easy to identify each and everyone.

Allow Teams To Be More Military/Rank-Oriented With Military Rankings In Naming Conventions
Microsoft Teams seems to use a
<First Name> <Last Name>
system, especially in the mobile versions. For military/government organizations, it is more rank oriented and people's names are structured:
<Rank> <Last Name>
In the mobile versions, when speaking, your name shows up as:
PFC X.
Sgt Y.
Capt Z.And it's hard to differentiate exactly who is doing what activity or who is speaking because of naming conflicts. For example, there are 5 people who have the rank of "Sgt" with a last name beginning with "K" and they all show up as "Sgt K.".
Can we have some sort…
