  1. Overall dashboard for planner in teams

    In teams it would be nice to have a consolidated roll up of planner events. If it showed just a percentage and the name of the planner group would be helpful.

  2. Team planner expansion

    You need to expand upon the planner and it’s capabilities as a self planner as well as tasking groups of people or individuals to a task and tracking their progress both as an individual as well as a group

  4. Bookings access

    Bookings would be incredibly useful for Gov clients that need to schedule time with customers. Consultations, animal shots, and others would be wonderful.

  6. Notify assignee of new tasks in Planner in Teams for GCC

    I am astounded that Planner in Teams does not send any notification to the person assigned that they have a new task. Confoundingly, if anyone comments on any task, EVERYONE in the Team gets an email. Please fix this fundamental flaw that prevents Planner from functioning correctly in Teams for GCC.

  9. Allow Printing of Planner Individual Tasks

    We would like to use the .pdf of the Task and associated comments with the names and dates of those involved as virtual route slips for completed tasks. We need to have the ability to open the task and print to .pdf to accomplish this. Thank you!

    PS. I realize there is an overall Excel file that can be downloaded of all tasks. We really like the view and structure of the actual task with completed items and comments and would prefer to have that individual task as a .pdf.

  10. Disable email notifications for comments on Planner Tasks

    I want an option to disable whole group email/notifications for new comments. You can't disable this and it is causing inbox spam.

    Comments are not needed to be shared to the entire group, I don't see a reason why anyone would ever want this, especially when there can be multiple plans per group. If I want a single group for my department, we will want multiple plans to track all of our projects. Users want to be able to add comments to track changes and issues along the way, without email blasting everyone in the whole group.

  11. Integrate fully with Planner, SharePoint, and Outlook Tasks, Calendar (GCC)

    Please integrate more with Planner (timeline visualization channels for tasks) and/or with SharePoint web parts that do this, so all tasks linked in one place and with Outlook as well (for calendar and emails pertinent to chats and tasks). Until then, Planner is just a to-do tool that does not notify members of the team of new or changes in tasks and is not fully integrated for communication and coordination (copied from another board but Government needs this functionality also).

    1. Add more labels in the planner, five labels is not enough. 2. Provide an export function for the calendar view to a pdf, excel or word document. I take a screen shot and save it to powerpoint to share with members who are not on teams.
