Increase the number of videos during Team meetings from 4 to around 25.
Currently only 4 cameras are shown during a Teams meeting. We need to have up to 25 people showing instead of them rotating as they speak.
Also we need to be able to mark at least 4 people as always showing if the number of attendees goes over the max limit, such as the suggested 25 viewers.374 votesWe have released 3×3 video for all of the Government clouds, on desktop and mobile.
We will soon bring Large Gallery view to Microsoft Teams, providing a new way to view video up to 49 participants at once on a single screen (7×7). For Roadmap status of Large Gallery for Government clouds, please visit: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=Microsoft%20Teams&searchterms=66717

Delete chat conversation
I don't want to keep meeting conversation times and history in chats tab. Please create Delete option. This shouldn't be saved at all. keeping conversation history includes highly confidential as well. I see no way it is secured one.
352 votesThank you for your votes and comments on this feature. The team is in the process of finalizing designs for deleting private chat threads.
Please follow the updates to this feature request in our Public forum: https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/33535006-delete-private-chat-threads

View or export a list of users who attended a meeting
Currently, there is no method of viewing a list of meeting attendees after a meeting has ended.
Meeting organizers should be able to view or export a list of attendees, including enter and exit times, duration, etc.
You are working on testing this for the public, it is also needed on the government accounts.

Enable PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and Forms Apps in Teams for GCC/Gov Customers
Please enable the 1st party apps for Microsoft PowerApps, PowerAutomate (Flow), and Forms for GCC/Gov customers. GCC versions of these services exist but the Teams integrated apps are missing for GCC.

allow multiple instances of Teams to be open
I'd like to be able to open multiple instances of Teams so that I can have each instance open on a different Team and perhaps another instance open to the Chat. Not being able to do this makes it hard to keep track of where I am when I'm switching tasks.

Need reply to message option in chat
Especially within a chat group, there needs to be a way to comment on or reply to a particular message within the chat history. This is useful when there are a number of simultaneous conversation threads (similar to how messaging is implemented in a channel), and is a common feature on other communication platforms.

Hide history of members leaving or joining the team
Don`t show information about who joined or left the team. We are 19 000 users in our organization, big teams generate long lists of this information where we would rather want to see important information. Some teams have now vacated the General channel because of this problem.
Maybe this technical history can be hidden og located in antother place?164 votes -

We need there to be some sort of portal for live meetings so attendees can register for the events like other webinar software has.
Once you create a live meeting there is no way to know who plans to attend the event live. There is only the attendee engagement report once the meeting is over. I know that at my agency at the least, there is a requirement that they need to know who is coming to the event and what organization they work for. Without this feature we will never be able to utilize Teams for live events. We love every other aspect of Teams live events compared to other webinar software out there but those other software has registration portals. This is…

Enable up to 500 attendees in Teams meetings
Skype rolled out testing on meeting attendees last year to increase from 250 to 500 attendees. The same needs to occur in Teams meetings. The difference between 250 attendees for Teams meetings and 10,000 Live Event attendees is too great.
129 votesThe meeting participant limit has been increased to 300 in GCC, GCCH and DoD, which is the same limit as for the General Public.

Add functionality to move the "Presenting..." toolbar
When sharing your screen in a Microsoft Teams video conference, the "Presenting..." bar is in the way of accessing items that require hovering over them to display.
Can you please make it possible to move the “Presenting…” toolbar?
For example, if you are sharing your screen to show a remote desktop session and the remote desktop bar is not pinned, it will be very difficult to access that bar because the presenting bar will appear before the remote desktop bar and remain in foreground much longer than the remote desktop bar.

Freeze Chats in Meetings
Please give meeting organizers the option to freeze meeting chats after the meeting is concluded. Owners can post a redirect back to an actual channel. Allowing meeting chats to linger on causes confusion and cannibalizes attention on channels.

Allow "Website" App for SharePoint.com URL's in GCC
It was previously stated that it is difficult for Microsoft to add the "Website" app to Microsoft Teams in GCC due to concerns over compliance. If opening up to any URL is a concern or difficult item to address, how about allowing links to *.sharepoint.com? This would allow users in Teams to have a more integrated experience and allow use of applications that are coming from trusted sources.

Meetings - screen sharing - switching screens/apps
When sharing a screen and changing from sharing an app to a screen, or an app to an app, or a screen to an app, you shouldn't have to end the sharing session to change so that the transition is less jarring.

We currently use MS Forms, but need the ability to post surveys live on the screen during a workshop and obtain answers immediately to show polling data/answers.

Ability to print all or some parts of the Org Chart from within Teams
Requirements:
Need to be able to print all or some parts of an organizations org chart
Able to specific number of levels per page; or default to max of 4 levels
Able to add/remove what information is displayed; name/title/position number/phone number/etc.
Print on-demand; I imagine it will not be printed frequently, but I am not sure.
Ability to create what-if scenario of the organization; what if we moved this person here or what if we moved all operation people to another leader (probably outside scope of this request85 votes -
Ability to archive and file Chat conversations
I would like to be able to archive chat into a place like Conversations in Outlook like Skype does.
In the case of Channel Chats, it would be good to be able to attach them to Meeting Notes or archive the chat conversations into a document library.
We deal with NEPA and contracting and would appreciate that capability.
