Notes section in Contacts
Add an 'email' and a 'notes' section to the contact form so that additional pertinent information can be saved.

And that info should be visible in the contact overview - this is eating more than enough screen space for that.... (w/o needing more)

This is very important in a large corporate setting. Let's say I have a contacts group "field" containing people that work in the field. I would use the notes section to add information about each person's expertise.
