Yes! Only having this ability while IN the meeting is not helpful. Presenters are often too engaged to remember this while the meeting is still active. It should be available after the meeting and up to 30 days, in an ideal circumstance.
This is a rather important feature since there are situations that require an attendance list in accordance with regulatory requirements, e. g. risk analysis.

I agree with this feature request. It was available in Skype for Business and as a meeting organizer who has much to do during my meetings, trying to take "attendance" manually in addition to running the meeting is a huge waste of time and a regression in tool capability. If I had a choice, I would stay in Skype for Business just for that feature alone.
I'm not sure why it appears that the Teams development group and/or sales force doesn't seem to see the value of this feature, but as a user and meeting organizer, it is a key feature!

YES, Yes, Yes, PLEASE!!! We had this capability in Skype. It would be very helpful to have this in Team too.
