Cannot find Planner and Forms in the free tier Teams - even for purchase
I've used Teams in a paid environment, and today set one up for a non-profit, using the free tier at least initially.
I quite like the Planner and Forms tabs, and am hoping to be able to use them. They don't show up in the Tabs selection (+). Also, they aren't available in the Store.
These extensions are in my opinion very cool, and it's a pity that evaluators of the free version won't even get to be aware of their existence.
What to do?
Planner and forms would be great ... the calendar here would be great as well ... would make for scheduling reoccurring meetings much easier ... and potential for moving people to Outlook
It is a pity that Microsoft does not understand that if they allowed us to use the functionality of their products for personal or small groups when we move to larger sizing we will be more likely to purchase their products.
There's an entry for adding Planner to the free tier: https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/913786-microsoft-teams-free/suggestions/34977325-add-support-for-microsoft-planner
These are related. I'm okay keeping Planner in the paid tier (if it's the business choice from Microsoft), but there should be a discovery route for it.
