multiple account support (office and personal )
Since Teams is now free it would be great if i am able to login to office account as well as personal account at the same time
Auto login feature required for participants. Since intermittent failures in net connections at various locations
I am a paid customer for personal / home office 365 trying to link files from my Onedrive. But Teams is not allowing me to link it stating that i need to be a business customer. But when i tried to link my files from my free personal google drive account. It is allowing me to link. I was really shocked
The frustrating thing is Microsoft teams is supporting free Google drive account by allowing them to link it. But not allowing even paid one drive customer ( via home365 paid account). Is this fun?
It is shocking that Microsoft wants to help unpaid goodle customers ? But not supporting their own paid customers? saying that they will support only Microsoft business customers.
When you are able to support free users of google drive ? Why you are unable to support your own paid one drive customers ?
This could be useful for testing guest access without having to open another instance of Teams in a browser.

This would be helpful because akthough I can sign into office I cant sign into teams
This is already present in the mobile Teams app, why not implement it in Teams Desktop as well?

This is awful, we still not able to use 2 accounts. I'm not able to work, as my company switched to use teams and for client support I'm using another teams account...

The inability to have Teams 'tabs' just like browser tabs, where I can switch from organization to organization, or from chat to calendar to Teams to app etc. The single-threaded single-pane at present is a major impediment to use, and running a browser window of Teams as well as the Teams app is a major memory load.
after successful usage of team, i can recommend my office to subscribe for team
I would like integration with outlook in the teams Anddoid and iOS apps.

It is not so much multiple accounts as one belongs to multiple organizations. The top of the tree needs to be "MyOrganizations" with under it the list of organizations being :Private instances (personal, community group, ...) and businesses organizations one works for (CompanyAbc.com, Company Xyz.com). Under each org would be the teams. This is especially important as files uploaded in a Team re visible to all in that team.
I have multiple.

Like many here, I have multiple accounts, as I have relationships with multiple organizations. I have found it an impediment to onboarding new people who have pre-existing Microsoft accounts because they (and I) become confused about which account they're logged in as. It would be very helpful to be able to see our Teams messages and meetings from ALL of our accounts without needing to perform gymnastics!
I have two different email since i work for two companies and it would be nice if I could toggle between my accounts to be able to work on both domains more freely.
I've been searching for this very specific function. I use three mail addresses (one professional, one private and one for my NGO), but would like to see all my channels in one desktop, or at least being able to pre-register several e-mail addresses to switch from one address to another.
I have 3 accounts :
- the first one professional for collaborating with collegues but also partners and clients from other companies
- the second one with a non-profit association, we also work with it between members and also with guests that sometimes becomes member
- the third one is my own personnal outlook account wich is maybe linked with my original skype account, but i haven't used it for long

I am working with multiple organizations as an external project consultant and both of them uses teams. It would be nice to be able to switch between multiple organizations.
Working for multiple companies as a consultant at the same time, needing to be able to be online for all companies, and cannot join all the teams groups withing the same interface, Ability to run multiple instances of the client app will be very helpful

I am a governor in different schools. We want to encourage the use of Teams but I cannot do so if I cannot be part of the different Teams in the different schools

One thing keeping me from moving my slack group to Teams is the multiple account issue. In slack for example I have a connection to a slack group I created for friends and colleagues for PowerShell, then there is the PowerShell slack group and I am also connected to the VMware Code Slack Group. Notifications and ability to switch from one group to another is all in the client... With Teams you have to sign out of one to get to the other.
